4Dx will offer complete onsite commissioning of your equipment as well as operator accreditation as part of the hand over.

All 4Dx hardware is covered by a one-year parts and labour warranty.

Warranty does not cover service costs in replacing and maintaining consumable parts which have ceased working through normal wear and tear such filaments or scheduled servicing of components.


4Dx provide ongoing service contracts on call preclinical scanners to provide peace of mind to ensure your research will not be interrupted and your equipment will continue to operate at its optimal performance.

4Dx Hardware Warranty Policy

4Dx warrants this instrument for a period of one year from date of purchase. At its absolute discretion, 4Dxwill repair or replace the unit if it is found to be defective.

This warranty does not extend to damage resulting from misuse, neglect or abuse or accident.

The warranty extends only to the original purchaser.

The warranty inquiries should state the serial number of the instrument.

4Dx is not liable for incidental or consequential damages nor are their implied warranties of merchantability, or fitness for a particular use.

Goods will not be accepted for return unless an WMA (warranty materials authorization) number has been issued by our customer service department. The customer is responsible for shipping charges. Please allow a reasonable period of time for completion of repairs, replacement and return. If the unit is replaced, the replacement unit is covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period dating from the purchase of the original device.
